1、 As long as it dissolves, it can be sprayed, wrong!
Some farmers like to apply several types of foliar fertilizers together when spraying fertilizers on crops and vegetables, thinking that the more complete the variety, the better the effect. Many farmers believe that no matter what fertilizer, as long as it "dissolves", it can be sprayed as foliar fertilizer, but in fact, it is not the case.
Fertilizers with high volatility, such as ammonia and ammonium bicarbonate, cannot be used as foliar fertilizers. If sprayed, high temperatures can cause damage to crops and burn leaves, so foliar fertilizers cannot be used. Moreover, many micronutrient fertilizers cannot be mixed with pesticides, and acidic and alkaline fertilizers cannot be mixed for spraying. Targeted fertilizer fertilizer and fertilizer drug mixed application should be carried out to achieve the effect of "one spray, multiple effects", otherwise it will have the opposite effect.

2、 The higher the spraying concentration, the better, wrong!
Some farmers believe that the higher the concentration of foliar fertilizer solution, the better, which is incorrect. High nitrogen water-soluble fertilizers should only be kept below 1%, and potassium dihydrogen phosphate should also be kept below 1%. More moderate and trace element fertilizers such as sugar alcohol calcium fertilizer, sugar alcohol calcium boron fertilizer, sugar alcohol zinc, chelated iron, chelated copper, etc. should only be kept below 0.2%. In the case of excessive concentration, not only does it not have the effect of spraying fertilizer, but it can also cause dehydration and withering of crop leaves, leading to fertilizer damage, similar to drug damage and toxicity.
3、 It can be sprayed at any time, wrong!
Some farmers cannot grasp the critical spraying period when foliar fertilization is applied, thus failing to achieve the desired effect. Some farmers believe that foliar fertilization can be applied at any stage and time of plant growth and development, but it is actually not correct.
It is best to spray foliar fertilizer during the growth transition period of crops, with a minimum interval of 20 days between each application. Generally, crops should be sprayed 2-3 times per season. There are also certain differences in the suitable period for foliar spraying of different plants and fertilizers. Rice, corn, wheat and other cereal crops should be fertilized during the booting, flowering, and filling stages.
